How to live your life in flow

This week what has been showing up in my client sessions is the issue of flow and how we are able to flow through life.  There are times when we will feel in flow, that we are moving freely with joy, we are tapped in, feeling calm and centred and then WHAM something will come up that challenges us and our feelings of flow are gone.  The challenge may trigger us emotionally and have us reverting back to old patterns of behaviour.  It may throw us completely off course and trying to get back into flow becomes a real struggle.

Other times we might think that we are flowing, everything is going smoothly but in reality we may be stuck.  We might be trying to stay safe to guard ourselves from experiences and opportunities that may be uncomfortable for us.  We may start to experience states of mental, emotional or physical unease which is our body trying to signal to us that we are not following our true path.

Tips to stay in flow:

-        Stay Calm, choose your own state of wellbeing rather than catering to the demands of others and being drawn into their drama or affected by their emotions.

-        Don’t be driven by fear, tune into your heart or gut. List to your inner guidance system.

-        Get curious about what is being triggered in you. Connect into yourself, what is this situation trying to show you?

-        Have courage. Trust that whatever has popped up is something you can handle.  The more trust you have in yourself the easier it is to handle challenges without extreme reactions.

-        Be open to what is showing up.  Have trust that the Universe has your back.  That everything is part of the divine plan, and it will work out as it should.

-        Be creative, have fun, work out ways to inspire your flow – move, dance, laugh, bring lightness to challenging situations.

Kinesiology helps us to understand what is blocking our flow, what our body is trying to tell us and shows us how we can connect back into ourselves and get back into a state of flow.

Why New Year, New You, doesn’t work.

Why New Year, New You, doesn’t work.

Have you entered the New Year with all these ideas of what you are going to change in 2025?

Here is why NEW YEAR, NEW YOU doesn't usually work?

  • It doesn't acknowledge your current self.

  • It ignores your past and the things that have impacted you.

  • It is not sustainable, big changes can be difficult to maintain.

  • It is not flexible when life throws you a curve ball.

  • It is not based on your values. Often what we are wanting to change is based on what we think we should be doing rather than looking at what is truly important to you!

Kinesiology supports change through:

  • Uncovering your core beliefs behind the current behavioural patterns.

  • Uncovering past traumas that have impacted you both consciously and unconsciously.

  • Giving you a starting point and guiding you through the process step by step.

  • Giving you the tools to understand your triggers, so that when life does throw you a curve ball you are able to make wiser choices.

  • Uncovering your true values and giving you an understanding of what is truly important to you and how you can move forward with greater levels of self-acceptance, self-love and compassion.

I have decided to extend the NEW YEAR, NEW YOU promotion as the investment of 3 sessions has been having great results in supporting my clients to create the changes that are important to them. Why not give it a try?
